Thank you for shopping with us! Please take a moment to read our policy, and feel free to print it out for your own reference. 

1. Beads Direct Online accepts PayPal.
Due to increased Banking fees PayPal is now processing all of our online Credit Card payments. You do not need a PayPal account. They will simply process your card. They are now our online card processing bank.

2. Please order no more than the quantity available on the website itself. If you order more than that, by changing the quantity on the order form, it will likely result in a refund for the item. 

3. Orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment via first class mail. Beads Direct Online will notify you when your order has shipped.

4. All items are subject to prior sale. In case two orders of the same item come in, the earliest one will naturally be filled first. In the unlikely event that this happens, we will notify you and give you the options available for similar items.

If you are not satisfied with your bead purchase, a refund, credit or exchange can be expected within 15 days of purchase.

Beads Direct Online accepts returns if:
   (a)Beads Direct Online is notified within 5 days of the date of shipment of the intent to return the item.
   (b)The item arrives in the same condition it was shipped out in within 15 days of initial shipment date.
   (c)Customer pays all shipping costs associated with return or exchange.
   (d)Beads Direct Online reserves the right to limit returns if the priveledge is abused.
   (e)NO Exchange of items sold 'As Is' or marked 'No Exchange'
   (f)NO Refund or Exchange of Custom Ordered items.

Return instructions
Securely pack the items you would like to return and ship them back to us. For fast, easy returns, include a copy of your receipt. It not only ensures that you get the proper credit for your purchase, but it also helps our associates process your return quickly. Call us or email us to inquire the status of your return.

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at stonesales@beadsdirectonline.com
