The hardest of all gems, diamond is most popular in its white to colorless form, but some of the world's most highly valued diamonds are the colored ones. Diamond comes in many colors, including yellow, blue, green, pink and red. Red is perhaps the most rare, and a small, fine quality red diamond may cost almost as much as a small house!
