Tourmaline comes in many varieties, and has probably the widest range of colors in the gemstone world. 

Watermelon tourmaline, which is usually predominantly pink and green, with a few other colors mixed in, is the best known of the group. It may also include blue, orange and yellow.

Afghan tourmaline is very pastel, lighter than the watermelon stones, but similar in color range.

Chrome tourmaline has shades of green, orange to yellow, and brown.
